Policy
Privacy
A draft privacy notice prepared for review. It should be checked against the payment and analytics providers actually in use before launch.
What we collect
When you place an order we collect the details needed to fulfil it: your name, delivery address, email address and order contents. Payment card details are handled by the payment provider and are not stored by us.
Why we collect it
To process and deliver your order, to answer questions about it, and to meet accounting and tax obligations.
Sharing
We share delivery details with the carrier that transports your order and payment details with the payment provider that processes it. We do not sell personal data.
Marketing
If you subscribe to email, you can unsubscribe from any message. Order confirmations are transactional and are sent regardless of marketing preferences.
Your rights
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of the personal data we hold about you by writing to hello@forgedblade.com.
