Dispatch

Orders are packed at the workshop and dispatched on business days. Each knife is boxed and protected so the edge cannot contact anything hard in transit.

Rates and destinations

Available destinations, rates and any free-shipping threshold are shown at checkout before payment. If your country is not listed, write to us before ordering.

Duties and taxes

Orders shipped outside the country of dispatch may attract import duties or taxes levied by your customs authority. These are payable by the recipient and are not collected by us at checkout.

On delivery

Check the parcel before opening it fully. If the outer packaging is damaged, photograph it before unpacking and contact us the same day so we can resolve it with the carrier.
